Shona Carnegie

Shona was born in 1974 and graduated in 1996 from Duncan of Jordanstone, Dundee, with a 1st Class BDes (Hons) in Jewellery and Metalwork. Also in 1996 she won the Angela Bradshaw Award and the Scottish International Education Trust Award.

Since leaving college Shona has exhibited in New Designers and Design Jewellers Group +6, London; Passing Out and New Faces Exhibition, Edinburgh; and Galleries in Glasgow, Crieff, Yorkshire, Stirling, and Brighton. Her work is in the collections of: Cherie Blair, Brian Eno, Viv Lumsden and the High Commissioners of Belize and Antigue.

Shona is experienced in working with precious metals making various jewellery items including; fine engagement rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches and cufflinks. Her preference is for tableware and she welcomes commissions for various occasions i.e. christening spoons etc.
