Helen Tiffany

Helen Tiffany is an artist working in glass from her studio in Manchester. She specialises in decorative Kiln-formed glassware made from hand cut and fused recycled glass.

She first discovered her passion for glass whilst studying Design Crafts at University. Learning how to work in a broad range of mediums including ceramics, textiles, wood, paper and metal as well as glass gave her an understanding of how materials can be used to their best advantage.

Helen continues to be driven by working with different materials and the unique qualities each offer. Glass with its liquid and solid properties offers unlimited possibilities and inspiration to her. 

As an independent maker, her aim is to produce well-made, hand-crafted pieces with an individual style. Creative use of recycled and reclaimed materials is at the heart of Helen's designs, developing unique processes through experimentation.
